Owners end up splitting scope across three or four parties and absorbing the interface risk themselves. Nexgen exists to close that gap. The difference sits in how a job is planned, sequenced and closed out: anchor bolts set to survey tolerance the first time, plinths poured to suit the mechanical erection sequence rather than the civil one, brownfield interfaces staged so a live plant keeps running.
That discipline is why the project record is weighted toward process plants — tungsten, chrome and gold, from a 50 TPD modular unit through to 500 TPD CIL circuits in Zimbabwe and Madagascar.

Three things worth knowing.
Plant civils are a specialism, not a subset of general contracting
Tolerances on anchor bolts, plinth levels and tank bases are set by mechanical erection, not by building codes. Getting them wrong costs weeks of grinding, shimming and re-survey before a single tonne is milled.
Split scope is where mining projects lose their programme
When earthworks, civils, structural and mechanical sit with different parties, the gaps between them become the owner's risk. A single accountable delivery team removes the handover as a failure point.
Zimbabwe is exporting plant construction capability
The same teams building CIL circuits in Kwekwe and Chegutu are delivering them in Madagascar. Regional demand for mid-tier plant construction is being met from Harare, not only from Johannesburg or Perth.
