Most of our work is executed adjacent to live mining and industrial plant. That single fact shapes our HSE culture: every package is planned around permit-to-work, lock-out / tag-out, and a daily pre-task brief led by the on-site supervisor — not by paperwork.
We adopt the client's HSE management system on day one of mobilisation and hold our team to the higher of the two standards in any conflict. Quality records are completed before the next activity begins — compaction sheets, material certificates, lift photographs, anchor bolt surveys — so the site file is always audit-ready, not month-end ready.
Our commitment is simple: every person who arrives on a Nexgen site goes home unharmed, and every element we hand over carries the documentation to prove it was built to spec.
